How many times do you say to yourself -- "I don't eat a lot of processed food"? We tend to think more positively about our eating habits, right? So why not conduct a "food audit" -- gather all the processed food to get that visual of how much is in your house. Then consider how many times you purchase prepared food from a store or restaurant. 100% Grass-fed, pasture raised meat and poultry is the ideal quality of Real Food protein. But if not available or affordable, then no worries. As long as you are eliminating processed foods, then you are well on your way towards lifelong health. Even if you are still buying conventionally raised meat and poultry. Remember, this is a journey, not a sprint!
