I've been practicing hot yoga for more than a dozen years 💪🏽🙏🏽😅💦 I can't imagine life without yoga. And the studio where I practice (shoutout to my friends at Sterling Hot Yoga Works Lexington) forged this amazing supportive, community spirit. We challenge each other, but most of all cheer for each other 🙏🏽😍 So seeing great friends in class who I haven't seen in a while is always so special and warms my heart.
Here's how my passion for yoga is sewn into the fabric of my food ideology. The philosophy at our yoga studio is about practice, not perfection. So one of our mantras is "do little, do right". Go to YOUR OWN edge -- do it the right way -- then push a tad further 😉😍
And the same can be applied to your Real Food journey. Think long-term, this is a lifestyle. NOT a diet program. So focus on finding Realistic ways to integrate more Real Food into your life.
Progress at YOUR OWN pace. Set goals that are Realistic within the framework of your life. Don't worry if others are doing a 30-Day Challenge. Fabulous if you can do that. But don't stress out if not.
